Do the Logo Design Ace designers work in studio or are they freelancers?
All of our designers are in-house designers. This means that they all work in the same building for the same company. You can speak with our designers by phone, 7 days a week at 215-764-6333. We never outsource projects to freelance designers.
Will my custom logo design be original?
Your logo design will be 100% original. We can prove it! Our in-house designers build your logo from scratch. Each design has a source file that breaks down exactly how your logo was created. Logo Design Ace has a zero clip-art policy. We have never nor will ever use clip-art.
Who keeps the rights to the logo design?
The rights of the logo chosen are given to the client while rights to the samples remain with Logo Design Ace.
Can I trademark my logo?
Yes. We even get you started by including a free grayscale version of your logo in your final logo files. This is needed to apply for a trademark. Most logo companies charge an extra fee for this service. Logo Design Ace provides it free. It is included in all of our logo design packages.
How are your logo design prices so affordable?
Logo Design Ace has a profit sharing system with all of our ace designers. This attracts the fantastic design talent and allows us to offer you sensational prices.
How does communication work with my designers?
At Logo Design Ace, you can speak directly to the lead designer working on your project. Communication can take place over the phone, by email, or via your private client page. |
